　　高粘抗滑水性沥青基防水涂料是以沥青、高聚物、水为主要组分，加入多种功能助剂，利用高聚物改性乳化沥青技术制备的，具有高粘抗滑特点的单组分水性防水涂料。

High-viscosity, anti-slip, water-based asphalt-based waterproofing coating is a single-component, waterbased waterproofing coating characterized by high viscosity and anti-slip properties. It is formulated primarily from asphalt, polymers, and water, with the addition of various functional additives, and is produced using polymer-modified emulsified asphalt technology.

It can also be used as a high-performance asphalt waterproofing coating for waterproofing and moisture protection in kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, interior walls, and floors.

施工要点

Key Construction Points

　　1、基面处理 Substrate Preparation：

基面应坚实、无酥松、起砂与油污等，模板接缝与凹凸不平处需打磨或修补平整。

The substrate must be solid and free of loose material, sanding, oil stains, etc. Formwork joints and uneven areas must be sanded or patched to ensure a smooth surface.

　　2、涂料施工 Coating Application：

大面积施工可采用辊涂或机械化喷涂，喷涂设备推荐为高压无气喷涂机，喷涂时应采用“十字交叉”喷涂方法，喷涂均匀且不得有堆积或露底现象。施工缝、阴阳角等细部附加层位置宜采用手工刮涂。

For large areas, apply using a roller or mechanical spray; for details such as construction joints and inside/outside corners where an additional layer is required, manual troweling is recommended.

　　3、待第一遍涂料干燥后（约需间隔 2~4h，视天气环境而定），可施工第二遍涂料（据设计厚度及实测厚度情况判断是否需要进行第三遍喷涂），待涂料干燥并经过验收合格后，方可进行下一步工序。

注意事项

Important Notes

　　1、铺贴卷材后需进行排气压实，保证涂 + 卷间满粘率，防止因卷材虚粘、空铺而造成后期脱落；（与 SBS 改性沥青防水卷材复合时，应采用热熔法施工，注意控制喷灯火源，宜在涂 - 卷界面轻微加热为宜，避免过度加热；与自粘类卷材可直接撕膜冷粘）。

After laying the membrane, degas and compact it to ensure full adhesion between the coating and the membrane, and to prevent future delamination caused by poor adhesion or loose installation.

2、开桶即用，现场不可加水稀释；（涂料为假塑性流体，表观粘度虽大，但剪切变稀，施工中易喷 / 辊涂，可喷涂或辊涂不费力且易上厚度。）

Ready to use straight from the bucket; do not dilute with water on-site.

3、施工环境温度宜为 5℃ ~40℃，风沙雨雪以及温度 5℃以下不宜施工；

The recommended ambient temperature for application is 5°C to 40°C; do not apply in conditions involving wind, sand, rain, or snow, or when the temperature is below 5°C.

4、施工时确保施工面干燥、平整、无灰尘、油污，基层表面有积水、积雪、积冰时不应施工；

Ensure the application surface is dry, level, and free of dust and grease. Do not apply if the substrate surface has standing water, snow, or ice.

5、未用完的余料应立即扎紧内袋并盖严盖子，防止结皮而影响二次使用；

Immediately seal the inner bag tightly and secure the lid on any unused material to prevent skin formation, which could affect future use.

6、不宜在阳光直射的环境下长期放置，适宜在温度 5℃～ 40℃环境下密封存放，低于 5℃贮存时，存在破乳风险影响使用（严禁 0℃以下储存）。

Do not store for extended periods in direct sunlight，store in a sealed container at temperatures between 5°C and 40°C. Storage below 5°C carries a risk of demulsification, which may affect performance (storage below 0°C is strictly prohibited).
